The only difference between these is how fast things come back. The work itself is identical on every plan, and every plan can be paused in a quiet month.

See it before you pay

Tell us one thing you would change. We will build it.

Pick anything — a new homepage section, a product page, a landing page. We build it properly, then send you a private link so you can click round it yourself.

  • It sits on a preview link, not on your live site
  • Look at it as long as you like, show anyone you like
  • It goes live the day you start a plan — usually the same day
  • No card, no account, nothing to cancel
  • Preview link stays up for 14 days

It is a preview, not a giveaway — we would rather say that plainly than bury it. You see exactly what you would be paying for before you pay anything.

Monthly plans

When you want it handled all year, not once.

We keep the site working, all year. Changes are on top of that, as many as you like — the plan decides how fast they come back.

Most of it is not us doing jobs for you It is us keeping the site working.

Websites do not sit still. Shopify updates itself, apps update themselves, and every one of those can quietly break a page you have not looked at in months. Photos get uploaded straight off a phone and the site gets slower. A payment app changes something and checkout stops taking cards on a Sunday.

So the bulk of what you pay for is the checking. We go through the site on a schedule, apply the updates properly, test that checkout still takes money, and find the broken thing before a customer does.

The changes are on top of that. Send as many as you like — a new product line, a landing page, a homepage refresh. In a quiet month you might send nothing at all, and the checks still happen. That is the month the plan is doing its most useful work, because a shop that nobody is watching is the one that breaks.

If you would rather just pay us to build something and then run it yourself, that is what the one-off projects below are for. No plan needed.

1 active request 4 working days

  • Theme and app updates applied properly, with a backup taken first
  • Checkout tested end to end, so you know it still takes money

  • Back within 4 working days
  • Product uploads, collections, theme edits, landing pages

Start on Whole Shop

The price is the price — we are not VAT registered, so there is nothing to add. Billed monthly in advance. Pause or cancel at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee.
Paying annually? Pay for 10 months and get 12 — ask and we will invoice it.
Changed your mind later? Every plan can be paused or cancelled at any time, with no notice and no exit fee — here is exactly how, before you sign up rather than after.

Paying

However suits you

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch us.

Debit or credit card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The normal way, works everywhere.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

One tap on a phone. No card details to type in.

Direct Debit

For monthly plans. Set it once and forget it — no card to expire and nothing to re-enter.

Invoice and bank transfer

For anyone who needs a purchase order or pays through a finance department. Just ask.

What happens when you press start

You are taken to a secure Stripe page, pay there, and come straight back. We email you within the hour to get started.

Changing your mind

Cancel or pause any time. No notice period, no exit fee, and nobody rings you to talk you out of it.

Which plan?

Almost everybody should start on Shelf. Move up the moment the queue starts feeling slow — the change takes effect the same day.

Choosing a Voyage plan
If this sounds like you Plan Why
A handful of small jobs a month Shelf — £100 Four days is still faster than it is getting done now.
New products landing most months Counter — £200 Two days means a drop is never waiting on us.
You have a busy season Counter — £200 Move up to Whole Shop for the busy months, then straight back down.
A broken page costs you money today Whole Shop — £350 Next working day, two jobs at once, and a direct line.
Three jobs a year None of them Genuinely — hire a freelancer per job and keep your money.

Seasonal businesses often run Whole Shop for two months and Shelf for the rest of the year. That is a completely normal way to use this and we will suggest it ourselves.

Not ready for a monthly plan?

One-off projects, priced up front.

Some shops need one big piece of work rather than a rolling plan. These are quoted separately on purpose — squeezing a project into a subscription would block your queue for a month.

One Page

from £150

or £$50 a month for 3 months

One page, done properly. The cheapest way to see if we are any good.

3 to 5 days

  • A single page built and ready to publish
  • A landing page, an About page, a product page — your choice
  • Written and laid out, not just a template filled in
  • Works properly on a phone, which most do not
  • Yours to keep, whether or not you carry on with us

Afterwards: When it is live it is yours. There is nothing further to pay and no plan to join — people often start here just to see whether we are any good.

Shop Refresh

from £350

or £$116.67 a month for 3 months

Your existing site, brought properly up to date.

1 to 2 weeks

  • Homepage and your three most important pages rebuilt
  • Every image compressed and correctly sized
  • Mobile layout fixed end to end
  • Navigation and collections restructured
  • A written list of what changed and why

Afterwards: We hand it over working, with the list of what changed. A plan afterwards is optional; it is only what stops it drifting back over the next year.

A New Website

from £600

or £$200 a month for 3 months

The whole thing, rebuilt from the ground up — or built for the first time.

2 to 4 weeks

  • Every page designed and built, not a template with your logo dropped in
  • Built to work properly on a phone first, because that is where your customers are
  • Your existing content moved across, or written with you if there is none
  • Redirects from every old address, so nothing you already rank for is lost
  • Nothing goes live until you have clicked round it and said yes

Afterwards: You get the site, a walkthrough, and the keys. Run it yourself from there, or put it on a plan so somebody keeps an eye on it. Either is fine and neither is a condition of the other.

Ask about this

Pay it all at once, or spread it over 3 months

Not every small business has a spare four figures sitting there, and we would rather split it than lose you over cash flow. Same total. No interest, no credit check, nothing added.

  • Same price either way — spreading it costs you nothing extra
  • Work starts on the first payment
  • You see everything on a preview as it is built
  • It goes live once the final payment clears

Every project ends with the option to move onto a monthly plan, so the site stays looked after rather than slowly going stale again.

Worth doing the sum honestly

For some shops the answer is that you should not sign up. Better you work that out now than three months in.

£95/hr

A typical UK Shopify agency rate. Shelf is about an hour and a half of that, and you get a whole month.

6 hrs

A conservative guess at the evenings you spend on the shop each month. Put your own value on those and compare.

£100

Less than most shops spend on Shopify apps they installed once and forgot about. Worth auditing those too, and we will.

Billing questions

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. Monthly, cancel whenever. If we are only keeping you by contract then we have not earned it.

What does pausing actually do?

Billing stops, we stop working, and your board freezes exactly as it is. Unpause whenever and everything is where you left it. There is no limit on how often you pause.

Can I change plan mid-month?

Yes, immediately, and we pro-rata the difference. Moving up takes effect the same day; moving down takes effect at your next billing date so you keep what you paid for. Seasonal shops move up and down constantly and that is fine.

Do you take on one-off projects?

Yes — a full theme build or a migration from another platform is quoted as a one-off. It is not part of a subscription and we will not pretend it is.

What happens if I have nothing in the queue?

We will tell you, and suggest you pause. We would rather have a customer who trusts us for two years than one who quietly pays for three empty months and then leaves angry.
