You get the site, a walkthrough, and the keys. Run it yourself from there, and come back for another project whenever you need changes.

2 rounds of revisions included
Each round is one collected list of changes within the agreed scope. Extra rounds or new work are quoted and approved before I start them.

What sits outside
the project price.

Domain registration and renewal, email, platform subscriptions and paid apps or themes are separate costs paid by you directly to the provider. Hosting is included only where agreed in the optional care package; otherwise you pay your hosting provider directly. I confirm any costs before you commit.

A small footer credit, not a watermark

Your website includes a discreet "Built by Voyage Systems" footer link. There is no overlay or recurring branding charge.

Prefer no credit? Removal is an optional £20 one-off fee, agreed before work starts.

Help choosing and registering your domain, or connecting an existing one.

Domain setup help — £10 one-off

Basic domain connection is included with a new website project. Transfers, lost access, email problems and other troubleshooting are quoted separately before work starts.

Domain registration and renewal are paid separately by you, directly to the provider. The domain stays in your name and your account.

What is included in the price?
The work listed for your project, 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, a private preview and a handover. I confirm the full scope in writing. Provider fees and optional extras are separate.
When does the work start?
Once the written scope is agreed, the first payment has cleared and I have the content and access needed. I confirm the start date and delivery timeline before you commit.
What happens after the project?
After your approval and payment, I launch the site and hand over the agreed files, account access and a walkthrough. You can run it yourself, choose the optional £20/month hosting and maintenance package, or ask for a separately quoted update.
Is there a monthly commitment?
Your website project is a one-off payment in full. The £20/month care package is optional and can be cancelled at any time. Domain renewals, email and paid platform subscriptions are separate provider costs.
Can the scope change?
Yes. Your project includes 2 rounds of changes within the agreed scope. For extra rounds or new work, I confirm the additional price and any timeline changes for your approval before starting.
