This is the brief. It takes about five minutes and it is the single biggest thing that decides whether you end up with a website you like.

Please be specific. "Make it look better" gives us nothing to work with and you will get something back that misses. "Our homepage banner is from 2019, we want the new range front and centre, and our customers say they cannot find the size guide" gives us everything. Detail is not admin — it is the difference between work you love and work you have to send back.
